The training is conducted by certified instructors.
One-day Kayak Training
One-day kayak – training includes basic paddling techniques, getting in and out of the kayak, types of basic maneuvers, as well as rescue techniques (if the water temperature allows).
The duration is 4-5 hours. The service includes equipment, transport, long and pleasant paddling and takes place in a dam near Sofia.
The one-day trainings are held in a group of 4 to 8 people. You can join a group by signing up for training.

4-Day Kayak Training
The 4-day kayak training takes place in Greece and includes following techniques:
- Launching the kayak into the sea and landing safety ashore
- Proper forward paddling
- Proper paddling backwards
- Stopping
- Maintaining a straight-line course
- Correcting and changing course
- Moving sideways
- Basic techniques to prevent capsizing
- Eskimo roll and rescue
- Rescue techniques in deep water
