A set of 2 extremely strong, tightly braided straps with buckles with protective rubber covers for quick securing loads to roof racks and trailers.
We recommend only this type of canoe, kayak or SUP belts to avoid deformation of the hull during overstretching. Overstretching could occur if using ratchet belts
The main advantage is the rubber guards on the buckles. If you throw both ends of the belts over the kayak to tighten them on the other side, there is no danger of scratching the car or breaking the side window. In addition, the rubber guards of the buckles also protect the kayak from scratching.
The buckles are galvanized and non-corrosive.
The length of these belts is suitable for SUP, for single and double kayaks.
For canoe or little boats we recommend straps with a length of 4.5 or 5.5 m.
You may want to take anyway longer straps than required if you tie also a paddle with the excessive strap’s length on the roof.
