The throwbag is used to secure from the shore or from a kayak or boat a man over board. This can happen in difficult terrain with fast moving water or near rocks where the kayak or boat can’t get close to the man in need. The entire bag is thrown as the rope unfolds in the air and remains floating on the surface.
The rope is 18 m long, 8 mm in diameter and withstand 8 Kn static load. It folds easily in a compact and sturdy small bag.
The throwline can be attached to the Palm quick release belt.
