The Leo is a sea kayak with great performance: good primary stability and progressive secondary stability,making it suitable for both beginners and advanced kayakers who perform maneuvers by leaning and bracing.
In terms of comfort, nothing has been spared: the large cockpit for easy entry and exit, enough space for your legs, which you can comfortably stretch out, the comfortable seat, backrest and adjustable tight braces.
The kayak is factory equipped with 3 luggage compartments with watertight bulkheads, where you can fit enough luggage for multi-day excursions. Optionally, a small luggage compartment can be added in front of the cockpit (this option is shown in the photo).
What we really like is the location of the skeg / scudder control: on the deck forward, not sideways. It is much more convenient. The skeg control allows precise stepwise adjustment of the skeg immersion depth.
Leo is available in two versions: with P&H’s patented Skudder® system, where when fully submerged the skeg can rotate and become a rudder, or in a skeg-only version. Conversion from skeg to Skudder can be easily done by us at a later stage as well.
Leo MV (middle volume) is designed for people of medium and light build.
Leo is made of three-layer polyethylene (CLX).
