Heavy duty flotation airbag with a shape that fits the stern of modern kayaks. There are screw lock valves for easy inflating and deflating.
It is used in the event of a capsizing to ensure buoyancy of a kayak without luggage compartments with watertight bulkheads, such as white water kayaks and many recreational kayaks, also canoes.
