The Scooter XT is the successor to the Gemini double kayak. And while the proportions and everything that made the Gemini a leader in its class have been preserved, there are also a number of improvements. In reality, the Scooter XT looks like a completely different kayak.
Scooter XT now has two small luggage compartments, conveniently located in front of the seats. They are molded, that is, closed, not meshed. The front and rear built-in carrying handles are much more convenient. The perfect weight distribution is maintained and the nose is still curved, but its volume has been increased for an even drier ride and riding the waves. The footrests have also been changed to offer even better support, as has the deck behind the front seat, with a molded rear-facing child seat. These are the main changes, although there are more. Typical of Gaybo Ltd craftsmanship, it is perfect! The kayak features an extremely smooth, downright glossy hull and deck.
Scooter XT is stable but also fast. The nose is upswept more than usual, which allows you to climb waves without any problems and to enjoy even surfing the waves. This kayak tracks verry well.
Of course, it is suitable for anyone, including beginners, for those who prefer an active family vacation.
