If the goods are not available in stock, upon request, Voden Horizont Ltd. reserves the right to request an advance payment of 50% to 100% of the price.
The goods become the property of the customer after the final payment has been made, including transport within the country, if requested.
Delivery time
We keep the widest range of kayaks, SUPs and accessories in stock in Bulgaria. But if we do not have the option, color or model you have requested, it is possible to deliver your order with the regular import we make before the season and in the season, if it is available in stock with the manufacturer.
For the country, the delivery time is 4 working days.
We will contact you immediately in the event of a delay to notify you and advise you on possible options.
Shipping Prices
All prices announced on the site are in Euro, including VAT, ex-warehouse and our store in Sofia.
- Free shipping on products in Bulgaria over €127.82 of all categories, except kayak, canoe and SUP. Not valid for goods in promotion. For orders with a total value of more than €1789.52, the transport in Bulgaria is free, regardless of the type of products.
- Ordered goods are sent through the Standard Shipment service of the Econt Express courier service
- When buying a kayak, transportation costs for accompanying accessories is free.
